Does my daughter need a School Physical or Medical Form?

Yes! All students in PE, Athletics, Dance, Band and JROTC are required to have an annual Physical and Medical History form completed. Turn in the physical and medical history form to the front office.

My daughter is starting this fall, are there summer reading lists and a school supply list available?

How can I purchase school uniforms?

Flynn O'hara is our school uniform provider and offers Free Shipping. In order to relieve some of the financial burden of back-to-school shopping, FlynnO’Hara will be offering discounts ranging from 5%-20% off during the months of May, June & July. These discounts will be offered online only and will be tiered in order to incentivize customers to shop early, and to shop online. As always, FlynnO’Hara will accept returns / exchanges on any unworn products (with tags) up to one year from their date of purchase.

My Sister's Closet is Providence Catholic School's Gently Used Uniform line in the Divine Apparel Spirit Shop. Used Uniforms are available to purchase in store throughout the school year. When is the First Day of School?

August 13, 2025 - At A Glance School calendar is approved to be posted by May of each school year.

How do I access the school calendar?

The School Calendar is found for all current students in Plus Portal which each student and parent will receive a login for before the new school year. Public events are posted on our website.
