Providence Catholic School (Providence) aims to provide a safe and secure campus environment for all students, educators and community members. Each year the school's administration reviews policies and procedures with all stakeholders, and additionally seeks training and review by independent experts in law enforcement and legal counsel. Currently employees, students and parents have access to the Student-Parent Handbook and School Crisis Management Plan through Plus Portal.
We request that all stakeholders in the Providence community take an active role in ensuring the campus environment is a safe place for all to visit and learn. Anyone who knows of a threat to an individual (student or educator) or the campus, should report IMMEDIATELY through the appropriate channels. Posting unconfirmed or false information on social media will only cause confusion and may prohibit law enforcement and/or administration from addressing an actual threat.
Report a Threat - See Something Say Something - This form is accessible to all students, parents and employees to report a threat. Reports can be made by students or parents to any administrator on campus in person or via phone.
We believe that learning best happens in a safe environment and all students, educators and stakeholders are to be treated with dignity and respect. Providence does not condone harassment of any kind, which includes, but is not limited to, BULLYING and/or HAZING. This prohibition against acts of harassment applies to all people engaged in all school related activities: all students; regular or visiting, part-time or full-time employees; volunteers, itinerant instructors, consultants and parents/guardians.
We request that all stakeholders in the Providence community take an active role in cultivating a community that treats all with dignity and respect. All reports of harassment are taken seriously and documented by administration.
Anonymous Report of Bullying Form is accessible to all students, parents, and employees to report harassment anonymously. Reports can be made by students or parents to any administrator on campus in person or via phone.
