75th Anniversary Call for Art: Help Us Commemorate Our Milestone Year
As we celebrate Providence Catholic School’s 75th Anniversary year, we invite alumnae, current students, faculty and members of the Providence community to share their artistic expression with all.
We are seeking art pieces to commemorate this historic milestone. Artists are encouraged to represent the themes of the 75th Anniversary year - Honoring Heritage - Strengthening Sisterhood - Leading for Tomorrow. The Art Department will select and curate an exhibition of submissions on November 13 & 14 on campus.
Artwork may also be publicly sold & distributed through various media to promote the 75th Anniversary and raise funds for the school. The artist will be recognized throughout these promotions.
All artwork will become the property of Providence Catholic School and may be modified to accommodate the manufacturing process of posters, prints or other items.
Submission for all entries is by Friday, October 30, close of business, 4 PM.
Guidelines
Artwork must be an original creation by the artist submitting the design.
Any copied or unoriginal designs will be disqualified.
Your design must embody the spirit of Providence Catholic School.
Your design must include any Providence symbols in it, which could be just a drawing of the building.
Artists are encouraged to represent the themes of the 75th Anniversary year - Honoring Heritage - Strengthening Sisterhood - Leading for Tomorrow.
Artist can submit more than one piece.
